While I typically do not like to re-post other peoples articles or blog posts and prefer to share my own thoughts and opinions I just found a really great resource over at CSS Tricks.  Please check it out!

I've been working hard on a big project that I really want to share with you.  It's not finished, but it's the kindof project that will always be growing and evolving so it will never be truly finished.  It's a website and community for a non profit organization. STITCH features articles, blog, social networking community, forum, video, reviews, games, and so much more. But that's the technical stuff...

I have had Windows 7 on my PC for a little over a month now and I think by this weekend I will be ready to submit my over opinionated opinion on an operating system that isn't all bad in the way that people want you to believe. I will say that pertaining to how I use my Personal Computing machines I am some what of a lite aficionado in my circle of friends (aka) fledgling geek.  There are many levels of geekdum and I think it safe to say that I 'm at level 3 of  to say the least although I 'm due to graduate to start up geek late next month. :) so stay tuned to this post.

Should the idea of censorship used in the recording industry be applied to the internet?

Perhaps as a parent I have a biased opinion, but I do feel that it an incredibly important step that we as a society can take to protect children from Media Violence.  This has always been the main argument, calling for controls on media content are cast as efforts to protect the children, from to labeling it, restricting access to it, or censoring.  Children are different from adults, they are more vulnerable, impressionable, and less able to apply critical judgments on the appropriateness of media.
